It was a devastating event. It shouldn't have happened, but it did. It's sad to think about all the potential engineers, business men/women or doctors that were lost in this tragic incident. 5 individuals of the 32 dead were professors - 1 of which was an internationally known researcher.
However, what makes me mad is seeing people pointing fingers at Koreans. It wasn't the fact that he was Korean. It was the fact that he was a depressed, lonely, and quite possibly mentally ill individual. So stop being racist sons of bitches!
